Police looking for suspect in UH Manoa sex assault case

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A female University of Hawaii Manoa student reported to Honolulu Police and Campus Security that she had been the victim of a sexual assault.

It happened early morning Sunday at the Hale Noelani campus housing.

According to officials, the suspect is described as a male in his early 20s, about 5'8" tall, 180 pounds, muscular build, black hair in a crew cut, brown complexion with black eyes.

The suspect was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, shorts and slippers.

HPD has developed a suspect, however no arrests have been made.

Campus Security has reason to believe the suspect is a non-student.
