WAHIAWA TEACHER SEXUALLY ASSAULTED
A Wahiawa Elementary School teacher was sexually assaulted and robbed in her classroom before school started today and the two men who did it are still on the loose. Tonight, we hear how they tricked the teacher and got into her classroom.
MILILANI CEMETERY WORKER KILLED
A worker was killed in a construction accident involving a backhoe this morning at the Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary. The 42-year old was clearing a private area when something went wrong and he got pinned underneath.
TEEN KILLER SENTENCED
Vernon Bartley, the teen who killed his Ewa neighbor, said sorry to Karen Ertell's family today before he was sentenced for her murder. What the victim's family had to say-- tonight at 5.
HILTON STRIKE NEARS END
The 5 day strike at Hilton Hawaiian Village ends at midnight. Tonight, workers explain if they think the walkout did any good and frustrated hotel guests vent about the disruption in services. Ironically, the hotel will be the backdrop for some scenes tonight on Hawaii Five-O.
SHAKY TIMES FOR SCHOOLS
Another small school could become a casualty of shrinking enrollment and education dollars. This time, it's Queen Liliuokalani Elementary facing closure. Tonight at 6, what this could mean for students at the Kaimuki campus.
HALLOWEEN CELEBRATION OFF IN LAHAINA?
County officials have reportedly rejected a request to block off Front Street this year for the annual Halloween party. The permit application apparently did not sufficiently address community concerns about crowd control.
