Europe (HawaiiNewsNow) - Japan has issued its own travel advisory for Japanese citizens living or traveling in Europe. It warns of possible terrorist attacks by al Qaida or other groups, and urges citizens to be extra alert. But it does not say they shouldn't travel.
This follows a similar alert issued Sunday by the United States. Officials say terrorists may be plotting attacks on public places in Europe.
