HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Kauai, Oahu and the Big Island saw fewer sales at higher prices. Maui had higher sales at lower prices. With more than half of Maui homes now selling for less than half a million, sales volume picked up to 67, 14 more than in August of last year. Condo sales also rose, on a median price of $310,000 , down $61,000.
