HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - He introduced a bill that would have allowed state workers to take naps on the job, suggested people with body odor not be allowed on city buses and proposed Koko Crater be used as a landfill.
Rod Tam spent 12 years in the state House, eight in the Senate, eight with the city council and he's seen a lot of controversy.
Now he's running for mayor.
