HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Black & Decker is recalling some 192,000 sanders.

The company says the plastic disc on their random orbit sanders can fly off or break apart while in use, causing injuries.

Black & Decker has received 73 reports of incidents where the plastic discs came off, and 15 reports of injuries including one that caused serious cuts to a person's face.

The sanders were sold at home centers, hardware and discount stores, and other authorized Black & Decker dealers nationwide from January 2007 through January 2009.
