Two hikers recovering after Kailua bee attack

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Two Kailua hikers who were attacked by a swarm of bees are recovering Monday morning.

The bees stung the men multiple times, on a trail behind the Luana Hills Golf Course.

A fire department helicopter airlifted the men to the hospital.

They were among a group of four hikers, all of whom were stung.
