Movie Review: EAT PRAY LOVE

The luminous performance of Julia Roberts is reason enough to see EAT PRAY LOVE, the film version of Elizabeth Gilbert's honest, well written, best selling memoir.

Roberts plays Gilbert, the divorced New York writer who decides to take a year off to figure out what she really wants to do with her life. She "eats" in Italy, "prays" in India, and finds "love" in Bali.

The movie does a pretty good job of bringing Gilbert's story to the screen even though the book is far more satisfying.
