CHICAGO (HawaiiNewsNow) - Former Hawaii star quarterback Colt Brennan finally got to see some action this pre-season with the Oakland Raiders on Saturday.
He checked in with around seven minutes to go in the fourth and rushed for no gain, while passing just one time for 14 yards.
He's the third quarterback right now as both Bruce Gradkowski and Charlie Frye nurse their injuries.
Colt's teammate at UH and with the Raiders, Samson Satele, left the game with a sprained ankle. The Raiders won 32-17, moving to 2-0 in preseason play.
Colt's former passing mate at UH, Davone Bess put in a stellar performance on Saturday.
He caught three balls for 31 yards in Miami's 27-26 win over Jacksonville. The Dolphins are now 2-0 this preseason.
