HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow)- Wally "Famous" Amos and St.Louis student Patrick Ma join Steve Uyehara to talk about the The Clarence T.C. Ching Foundation "Inspired in Hawaii" Contest. It encourages Hawaii's students to "Dream big and make Hawaii a better place."Over $10,000 in cash awards and other prizes will be awarded. The contest is open to students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 who are current residents of the state of Hawaii. Each entry must identify an existing problem in Hawaii and offer a thoughtful solution to the problem. Students must also include a supporting statement which demonstrates a clear connection between their project and the life of Clarence T. C. Ching.
