To ban or not to ban, that's the question facing the Honolulu City Council today. They will vote on whether to ban fireworks. It would prohibit all types of firecrackers and sparklers for consumers, but it would still allow professional shows. We're going to debate the issue in "Let It Rip!".
Arrested! Police have arrested a 25 year old woman for the hit-and-run case in Moiliili that sent a 5 year old girl in critical condition to the hospital. Officers said they questioned her at the McDonalds on Nimitz and Puuhale where she works. Watch for updates on Sunrise.
Political mailers are a hot button topic. Did democratic candidate for governor Mufi Hannemann go too far when he compared wives with his opponent Neil Abercrombie? Is it fair to point out that the former congressman had won first place in a Lahaina beard contest. Our political pundits will hash it out in "Across the Aisle".
