HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Costco store in Iwilei is indeed the number one Costco in the entire chain, and it's adding 300 parking spaces. Costco has a lease deal for the adjacent land where Nick Cutter's old Chrysler Jeep dealership used to be. I'm told the Weinberg Foundation agreed to a lower lease rate than has been common lately.
