HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Obama administration says, help is on the way. It's providing $3 billion for programs to help unemployed homeowners in the country's most depressed job markets.
Two billion dollars will go to 17 states that have unemployment rates above the national average for a year.
Another $1 billion will go to a new program being run by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
2-BILLION WILL GO TO 17 STATES THAT HAVE UNEMPLOYMENT RATES ABOVE THE NATIONAL AVERAGE FOR A YEAR.
