MANOA (HawaiiNewsNow) - UH wasn't only busy with football on Friday, as both men's volleyball and basketball teams added coaches to their staffs.
BYUH assistant Brandyn Akana moved south to join the Warrior hoops program.
He is the third and final assistant hired by head coach Gib Arnold and multiple media reports say that a seven-foot sophomore center from USC is transferring to UH.
But Davis Rozitis will have to sit out one year. Meanwhile, men's volleyball head coach Charlie Wade hired former Pacific assistant Jeff Hall. He takes the place of Shelton Tang.
