HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A Foster Village man set to go to trial this month for allegedly beating and raping a child pleaded guilty to all 12 charges against him Tuesday.

Under a plea agreement, Albert Agoot, 19, will receive a 20-year prison term when he is sentenced October 13th.

Prosecutors say the defendant lured a 13-year-old girl into his truck by telling her that their friend with cancer was dying and that he would take her to the hospital. He then blindfolded her, tied her up, beat her, and sexually assaulted her repeatedly.

Investigators say the victim eventually escaped from the truck and, while still bound and naked, ran to her parents' house to report the crime.

Agoot pleaded guilty to six counts of first-degree sex assault, four counts of third-degree sex assault, kidnapping and robbery.
