Police searching for man who robbed Kahala bank

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Police are searching for a man who robbed the Kahala branch of Bank of Hawaii Wednesday morning. At about 10:25 AM, a man entered the bank, approached a teller and handed over a note demanding cash.

He fled on foot in an unknown direction on Kilauea Avenue.

The suspect was in his 40s, was between 6'0" and 6'2" and weighs approximately 220-240 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black and gray jacket, baseball cap and long denim pants.
