HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Diagnostic Laboratory Services does five to 10 thousand drug test per quarter. Individual tests are private but collective results are made public. For the second quarter, one test in a hundred tests positive for amphetamine, up 70 percent from last year. The tests are given to employees and applicants.
Quick check of July arrivals by air...traffic is still good. The weekend figures have been adding in and domestic traffic is still flat to Kauai but up four percent to Oahu, up 13 percent to Maui, and up 23 percent to the Big Island.
