Dear Mr. Sears,
This comes as a letter of sincere appreciation for the outstanding work that was accomplished by your entire work crew. They put up my beautiful 6' white privacy fence which is being shared with my neighbor. Both families are very happy with the final result because work crew members were very courteous, skillful, and efficient!
The process started with our salesman. He explained the process very clearly and I accepted the terms by signing the contract.
On April 1, 2010 your crew began the work diligently. I was most impressed with their precision and confidence in accomplishing their mission. The posts holes were dug and later cemented in stabilized. They worked so well in tandem.
Later, your crew completed the job by installing the vinyl panels between the posts. As a team, they were incredibly efficient and worked well together.
Please extend a big Mahalo to your Secretary Teisha, who has been most gracious whenever I needed information and assistance. She's Great!
Good wishes for continued success with Best Vinyl
Monica and I wish to express our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who was involved with this project. You were very responsive, professional, and helpful to us as you estimated and initiated the project. Thank-you for your suggestions and patience while we found a masonry contractor to construct the stairs.
The foreman and crew who did the digging and installation of the posts need to be commended. I have enclosed some pictures to show how difficult an installation this was with rocky soil, huge basalt ("blue rock") boulders, and a steep section with almost a 40 degree slope. As you can see from the pictures of the completed fence, the foreman and crew who did the finishing phase of the project also did a great job.
Thanks again for a job well done. We have already referred you to our neighbors and will continue to refer you to other people who are interested in vinyl fences.

On behalf of River of Life Mission, I want to thank you for helping us with House of Hope project. The beautiful vinyl fencing will provide the privacy and safety we need in the yard for the women and children.
The men who came to do the work were really nice guys. Everyone was cheerful and courteous. It is a wonderful experience when people bond together to help the less fortunate. Those of us associated with the House of Hope have been blessed by all you have done to help us get that old fencing removed and the new vinyl fencing installed.
Everyone on the Board of Directors, all the mission staff and visitors who have seen the house have been blown away by the beauty of the fence. The neighbors love it too. You have helped make our dream a reality.
Thanks again and God Bless You

Dear Mr. Sears
I would like to commend your crew who did an outstanding job at my home. They were extremely professional, diligent, and courteous young men. It was a very hot, humid day, but your employees worked nonstop in order to complete their portion of the project, which required them to remain on site late.
Please pass on my gratitude to them for a job well done. I am sure I will be very happy with the final result after the remaining portion of my vinyl fence is installed tomorrow.
I have friends who are business owners, who constantly lament the difficulty in finding hardworking, reliable employees, so it is satisfying to me to be able to congratulate you on having such outstanding staff.
