HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail Tuesday for violating her probation. Judge Marsha Revel blasted her for not taking her probation in two 07 DUI cases seriously. Lindsay will start her sentence on July 20 also serving 90 days as an inpatient on a substance abuse program once she is released from jail. Lindsay tearfully addressed the judge in a last attempt to avoid jail. Sources say even though the judge sentenced Lindsay to 90 days in jail, the actress probably will serve only a fraction of that time behind bars due to overcrowding and LinLoʻs conviction is a non-violent crime.
Levi Johnston accused the former Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin of being a bad mother, complaining about her job as governor of Alaska and claiming that she and husband Todd were talking about getting a divorce. But said on Tuesday: "Last year, after Bristol and I broke up, I was unhappy and a little angry. Unfortunately, against my better judgment, I publicly said things about the Palins that were not completely true. Since my statements were public, I owe it to the Palins to publicly apologize. I hope one day to restore your trust."
A source says Sherlock Holmes 2 will begin filming in October, with Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law on board for the sequel.
