KEALIA, Kauai (HawaiiNewsNow) - Friends of Amber Jackson are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of her killer. The 57-year-old Kapahi woman's body was found on July 3 in Kealia after she vanished on June 23.
An autopsy determined that her injuries were the result of an assault. Police say there's no evidence that her death is related to any of the homicides that happened in West Kauai in 1999.
That's when two women were murdered and a third violently attacked. No arrest was ever made. Police want anyone with information on Jackson's case to call them immediately.
