HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) –The Eastern Pacific's first major storm of the 2010 season is fizzling out. Tropical storm Celia, which on Thursday packed Category 5 strength winds, has spun herself into cooler waters and weakened Saturday afternoon to a tropical storm.
The forecast indicates that the moisture packed by Celia may bring Hawaii some much needed rainfall in the coming days
