OKLAHOMA CITY (HawaiiNewsNow) - Win or lose, the Wahine have made a big impression in the College World Series, and hot UH commodities are now in short supply.

You can buy UCLA shirts, Missouri shirts, Arizona tees, Tennessee too, but you can't find any Hawaii gear. It's all gone.

"Hawaii stuff sold out the first day and we had another shipment come in, and we've had three shipments sell out of Hawaii", said sales clerk Alyson Angel.

Fans from Hawaii scooped up merchandise as soon as they got here. So did people from other places.

"Everyone wants a piece of the Cinderella story, everyone's excited that Hawaii's here for the first time and they all want a shirt to take home", said Angel.

"Because we're the best and everyone's coming by, all of our shirts but that's okay, you know", said Fort Worth, Texas resident Lisa Yanagida.

This guy looks like he has a UH cap, but it's actually a Holtville High School cap, that's Holtville, Alabama. They like the UH logo so much, they've adopted it.

"And so when Hawaii made it to the World Series, I brought my gear out here to support them, and help them get into the finals and maybe win this thing", said Robert Rollan, Holtville High School softball coach.
