How can I cast an absentee ballot?  Any person registered to vote may cast an absentee ballot.  If you cannot vote at your polling place for any reason or you will be absent from the State of Hawaii on election day, you may vote using an absentee ballot.  You may also vote at an absentee walk-in polling place before election day

Absentee ballot applications will be accepted from July 20, 2010.  For the 2010 Primary Election, the application must be received no later than 4:30pm on September 11, 2010

For the General Election, the application must be received no later than 4:30pm on October 26, 2010.
