HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - When you are 87 years old, could you run a 100 meter dash? How about pole vaulting? Well, meet 87-year-old Adolph Hoffman, a San Antonio man who does all that and more. Hoffman is the starting second baseman for a baseball team of 75 year olds when he isn't training for running.  He started his new zest for exercise after a triple-by-pass heart surgery in 2001. Hoffman now competes in the Senior Olympics and is training with high school athletes for the 2012 games.

Rainy weather in Tokyo, Japan didn't stop Michael Jackson fans from paying tribute to him the best way they know how...by dancing! Hundreds of fans gathered to dance outside an exhibit hall where a new show displaying the "King of Pop's" memorabilia just opened ahead of the one-year anniversary of his death.

The Paris Champs Elysees is going green as animals and thousands of plants cover France's most famous avenue to showcase farm production. The avenue was transformed overnight into a giant field in an event aimed at showcasing farm production and bringing the countryside into the city. Thousands turned out to pick fruits and veggies and visit hundreds of farm animals including sheep and cows.
