WHITMORE VILLAGE (HawaiiNewsNow) -      On this weeks on the market we head out to Central Oahu to take a look at a home in Whitmore Village, where its always a pleasant few degrees cooler than downtown Honolulu.

Located just a few steps from the community park at the entrance of Whitmore Village we find this four bedroom-two bath single family home. It sits on a quiet dead end street with cool breezes and a nice backyard. This home is offered at $2,100 per month and has an open floor plan that takes advantage of the cooler temperatures of central Oahu.

"It has a large living area and its all tiled which is nice so even thou it is cool here in Whitmore village it maintains its coolness with the flooring" said Lurline Johnson of Property Profiles.

From the living room we flow into a renovated kitchen,  which has newer appliances and plenty of cabinet space. Just off the kitchen is also a full washer and drier in its own laundry closet. The four bedrooms radiate off a center hallway that also leads to one of the bathrooms. The bright master bedroom has a bay window seat and lots of closet space and storage place. So with plenty of room inside lets head outside to the back yard which is perfect for a growing family.

"It's all fenced in which is really nice so if you did have little ones you don't have to worry about them getting out to the road...the back yard is right next the kitchen so mom can supervise if the need too..it very important for mothers to keep an eye on the kids even just in the back yard."

So if your looking for a pleasant cooler place to live with that "country style" - this is a good example of what to can money can rent out in central Oahu.

Summer time is one of the busiest times in the rental market especially for single family homes. So if you haven't starting looking yet, you may want to contact a realtor who expertise can save you some time. If you don't get the first home you want don't get discouraged. Because more people are moving during the summer  we will see more rental units become available so just get out there to see what's on the market.
