MANOA (HawaiiNewsNow) - The University of Hawaii men's volleyball team did not reach the NCAA final four.  But the Warriors are ranked #4 in the final American Volleyball Coaches Association poll of the year.

Stanford, which won the NCAA title by sweeping Penn State in straight sets Saturday, is ranked #1 in the final poll.  BYU is second, followed by California St. Northridge at #3 and Hawaii at #4.

Stanford, Northridge, Penn State, and Ohio State played in the final four.

The AVCA's final poll has Penn State tied for 5th in the country.  Ohio State is tenth.
