MANOA (HawaiiNewsNow) - The 2009-2010 season wrapped up for the Rainbow Warrior basketball (10-20) team who fell to Idaho (15-15) 78-69 in Moscow, Idaho today. The loss turned out to be inconsequential for the Bow's, who chances at making the WAC tournament were dashed in mid-game, when rival Boise State defeated San Jose State 85-56 to clinch the 8th and final spot in the WAC tournament.
Rod Flemings scored a team high 29-points in his final appearance as a Rainbow. Idaho's Steffan Johnson sank 8-three pointers, the most ever given up by UH to an individual. Hawaii's 10-wins are the lowest amount since UH finished a 6-20 mark in the 1998-1999 season.
Hawaii's 3-13 WAC record was the worst in the conference, UH also finished 0-9 on the road.
