'Bows stun No. 10 Oregon St. with 9th inning comeback

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Rainbow baseball team was in dire need of their first win of the season and it couldn't have happened in a better way.

UH hosting 10th ranked Oregon State. In the bottom of the 9th, with the Bows down by 1, Christian Johnson hits a solo homer, tying things up at four.

Hawaii had already dropped the first two games in this series and they weren't about to make it three.

A few batters later and Collin Bennett makes his only hit of the day count.

Kolten Wong touches home plate and Hawaii wins in walk-off fashion 5-4 and then they mug Bennett in a mob-style.

The 'Bows first win makes them 1-2 on the year. These two wrap up the series Monday at 5 p.m.
