Valentine's Day Dinner: Bali Steak & Seafood

Hilton Hawaiian Village's Bali Steak & Seafood, the only restaurant named a Four Diamond Restaurant by AAA Hawaii for 21 consecutive years, is offering a five-course dinner for sweethearts this Valentine's Day weekend.

The dinner begins with a starter, then moves to a dish of roasted diver scallop and potato crusted oyster, followed by a salad of Hirabara greens with crisp apple and honey thyme vinaigrette. Diners can choose among the following for their entrée: roast rack of Colorado lamb, pacific moi, or charred prime filet mignon and king crab lau lau. The dessert is a poppy seed angel food cake and Hawaiian vintage chocolate terrine with mocha almond crème. The dinner is $110 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.

In addition to the Bali Steak & Seafood special menu offered on Saturday, February13 and Sunday, February 14, Hilton's kama'aina special is being offered for those who want to staycation. The rate begins at $149 per night, and comes with special $10 daily self-parking, 50 percent off lagoon water toys, which include waterbees, kayaks and watercycles; and 20 percent off Mandara Spa treatments. There's something for everyone at the 22-acre resort: Waikîkî's largest pool – the 10,000-square-foot Super Pool, the Paradise Pool with a 77-foot-long slide, the rejuvenated Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon, more than 30 species of wildlife including 8 South African penguins, 16 dining outlets, 90 shops and entertainment, including the legendary Jerry Santos of Olomana on Friday evenings. There's also the independently owned and operated Mandara Spa in the Kalia Tower that offers a YSPA Menu just for teenagers with treatments that include a Heavenly Massage, Surfers' Scrub, Fabulous Fruity Facial and Acne Attack Facial.
