HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - He looks really scary but kids in Germany and Austria love him. That because this goolish goblin is "Krampus" or Santa's helper. His job is to encourage kids to be good. Krampus parades down the streets of Vienna with jolly St. Nick handing out warnings and punishments to those who are bad. At the end of the parade, Krampus takes off his devil's mask to celebrate how good wins over bad.
Talk about a baby boom! A mesa, Arizona hospital says it's had a record number of multiple births in just 48 hours! The staff at banner desert says it has delivered two sets of triplets and six sets of twins in two days this week. That's a grand total of 18 babies to eight families. Staff members say 14 of the infants are girls while the other 4 are boys.
To prove again behind every good man is a great woman, an interesting moment was caught on camera when president Obama and the first lady met Norway's royal family. Just before the official photo the first lady walked up to the president and began to pick lint off of his suit coat as he spoke to the king of Norway. Mister Obama took it all in stride, laughing it off as the king of Norway smiled and waited politely until the first lady was finished making her man look good.
