HONOLULU (HAWAIINEWSNOW) - Hawaii is joining countries around the globe to mark World AIDS Day. The international education effort began more than 20 years ago.
A benefit concert will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Parish of St. Clement on Wilder Avenue.
The Hawaii Island HIV/AIDS Foundation will host a memorial service at 5:00 p.m. at Liliuokalani Park in Hilo.
A photo exhibit of HIV positive individuals in Hawaii will be displayed at Kona Hospital, Kohala Hospital and the Hospice of Kona.
