Chicken Sate' with Thai Peanut Sauce
Cut the chicken to a bite size (3/4 inch cube) and marinated with coconut milk, curry powder, garlic powder, condensed milk and fish sauce for about an hour.
Skewer the chicken with the wooden sticks and grill with medium heat until it cook perfectly. Served with Thai Peanut Sauce.
Thai Peanut Sauce
In a pot or pan add all the ingredients together except peanut butter and bring to a boil then let it simmer for 10-15 minutes then add peanut butter, turn the heat off. Served as a dipping sauce.
