Scuba diver dies off Hawaii island

SOUTH POINT, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - A man died while scuba diving late Monday. It happened near the boat ramp at South Point in the Kau district. Officials say the man was found floating in the water unconscious at around 6:35 PM. After being brought to shore, he was pronounced dead.

The identity of the man has not been determined.
