HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A high surf advisory remains in effect for all Hawaiian islands until 6:00 PM Wednesday. Surf along east facing shores will be 6 to 8 feet.
A high surf advisory means that high surf will affect beaches in the advisory area. This surf could produce rip currents and localized beach erosion. Forecast surf heights are estimates of the height of the face or front of waves.
