While many consider the spring the time for national letter of intent signings because it centers around football. The same ceremony happens in the fall and today a number of local products inked their intentions for college.

This is the early signing for many sports from volleyball, softball to baseball.

This morning 15 student athletes with their parents at their side made their commitments to play for Division I and Division II schools.

Among them, Kaiana Eldredge of Punahou who is going to attend the University of Kansas.

The only athlete staying in the islands from this group is Gerika Pantohan. The Campbell High star is joining the UH softball team.

Other notables from today's signing:

  • Courtney Senas is bound for Florida State
  • Jamie Millwood will be playing for Stanford
  • Katie Manuma is committed to BYU

  • Lauren Wood is going to West Point.
