Billy V: Zac Efron, Hawaiian Music, Hawaii Youth Symphony's Fundraiser

HONOLULU (HAWAIINEWSNOW) - Zac Efron is very, very serious about breaking in a pair of jeans. In order to get that dirty, distressed denim look, the actor wore the same G-Star jeans, now his favorites, for eight continuous weeks until they were stripped of stiffness and sported "yellow whiskers" at the front. "I wore them all throughout High School Musical 3. I even wore them hiking. You have to wear them everywhere to get them right."
A lot of our Hawaiian Music Industry entertainers and recording artists are out and all over; HAPA is back in the islands after a very successful concert tour in parts of Japan; John Cruz has started his Statewide Tour; Cecilio & Kapono are starting their run in the Curators of Hawaiian Music at the Royal Hawaiian, A luxury collection resort. If you have music news to pass on, you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This Sunday, it's Hawaii Youth Symphony's only Fundraiser of the year called He Makana O Na Mele: The Gift of Music! It will feature Uncle Willie K, Lehua Heine and Pauline Wilson at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Coral Ballroom with Silent Auction starting at 4:30 p.m. I'll be your emcee, more details and tickets are available at their website at hiyouthsymphony.org!
