Warriors Fall to Boise State, 54-9

HONOLULU (KHNL) - The Warrior football team is wondering when their next win will come. All this after being crushed by Boise State, 54-9.

The Warriors were never in this game from the beginning, after falling behind by 34 points at halftime. By halftime, they also lost their starting quarterback, Bryant Moniz to a concussion and ankle injury.

Shane Austin replaced Moniz and threw his first touchdown pass midway thru the 4th quarter to Jon Medeiros.

The Warriors have now lost five straight games, after starting the season with two straight wins.

The University of Hawaii will now travel to Reno to take on Nevada. The Wolfpack are undefeated at 3-0 in the WAC.

UH is now 0-4 in the WAC and 2-5 overall.
