Wahine win 7th straight with victory over Idaho

MANOA (KHNL) - The Rainbow Wahine volleyball team rolled to an easy victory over Idaho on Saturday at the Stan Sheriff Center.

The Rainbows got off to a quick start and never looked back, winning the first set, 25-13.

The team was led by Stephanie Ferrell's 12 kills on the night. Amber Kaufman chipped in 5 kills on the evening, as Hawaii improves to 2-0 in WAC play.

UH is now 11-2 overall and have won seven straight matches, all sweeps.

The team now travels to LA Tech next week to take on the Lady Bulldogs.
