HONOLULU (KHNL) - A Makiki man, who's already charged with a high-profile murder and sex assault in Kalihi, faces more legal problems.

Corbit Ahn, 29, is now suspected of taking part in a July 23rd assault in Makiki. Police say the victim, a 49-year-old man, suffered fractured ribs, fractured orbital bones, a collapsed lung and a concussion.

Officers also arrested John Talo, 25, in connection with the beating.

Ahn is already accused of strangling Iris Rodrigues-Kaikana, 18. A Kalihi resident found her nude body in an alley near the Kamehameha Homes housing project August 24th, about a month after the Makiki incident.

Ahn remains at the Oahu Community Correctional Center, unable to post bail.
