MANOA (KHNL) - There's no rest for the 4th ranked Rainbow Wahine volleyball team.

Tomorrow they face their final ranked opponent before WAC play begins next week.

Hawaii will play host to No.25 Pepperdine in a two match series.

UH comes into the match with a new found sense of confidence. They swept 10th ranked Stanford last week to win the Volleyball Challenge tourney, plus, they've seemed to have found their missing piece to their puzzle in middle blocker Brittney Hewitt, who is 9th in the nation in blocks per game.

"Hewitt's done a great job considering that she's very very inexperienced you never know what you're gonna get from Brittany, we hope she can get more consistent and have those nights every night out now," said head coach Dave Shoji.

"I'm just trying to play my game and do my best and get the blocks I need to get, and that's really my mindset," said Hewitt.

The first match between UH and Pepperdine is scheduled for Friday at 7pm at the Stan Sheriff Center.
