HONOLULU (KHNL) - An Oahu grand jury on Tuesday indicted a man accused of a deadly hit-and-run crash in Waipahu nearly seven months ago.
Siaosi Feleunga is charged with negligent homicide, failure to render aid, and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Investigators say he fled the scene after a motorcycle collided with his truck near Waipahu Intermediate on December 29, 2008. The motorcyclist, Lindsay Kane, 47, died.
Acting on an anonymous tip, police later recovered the truck believed to be involved. KHNL has exclusive video of the vehicle being seized.
