HONOLULU (KHNL) - A Maui man, accused of flying to Oahu to have sex with a child he met on the Internet, pleaded not guilty to electronic enticement Monday.

State prosecutors say Chris Mabe, 37, of Wailuku, Maui had sexually-explicit conversations online with an undercover officer, who was posing as a 14-year-old girl. Police say they arrested the suspect when he showed up at the Waikiki Aquarium to meet the child.

Mabe's trial is tentatively set for August. If convicted, he faces a mandatory 10-year prison sentence.
