HONOLULU (KHNL) - An Oahu grand jury on Tuesday determined there's enough evidence to send a man, suspected of killing a Honolulu attorney, to trial.

The panel indicted Daniel Kahanaoi on six counts, including murder, burglary, a restraining order violation, and firearms offenses.

Investigators say the 45-year-old went to lawyer Craig Kimsel's house on Oneawa Street in Kailua to look for his ex-girlfriend, and then shot and killed Kimsel when he tried to call police.

Kahanaoi remains in custody, unable to post $1 million bail.
