Crab and cream cheese wontons with spicy soy dipping sauce

1 8oz package cream cheese
¾ cup lump crab meat
¼ cup chopped green onion
1 package fresh wonton wrappers

Soy Dipping Sauce:

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
¼ cup chopped green onion
1 T sesame oil
1 T sambal

Place soft cream cheese in a bowl.  Add green onion and crab, mix well.  Place wonton wrapper on a flat surface and brush water on all edges of wrapper.  Place about 1 Tablespoon crab filling and fold into a triangle.  Continue process.  For the dipping sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.  Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium high heat.  Add wontons in batches and cook on both sides until brown and crispy.  Drain wontons on a paper towel.  Serve with dipping sauce.  Enjoy!
