MANOA (KHNL) - The Warrior volleyball team won their second straight match, after sweeping the New Jersey Institute of Technology for the second straight night at the Stan Sheriff Center.

The Warriors didn't drop a set in the two match series against the Highlanders.    The team was led by Josh Walker and Brennon Dyer, who each had 10 kills on the night.  Dyer hit .333 for the game, while Walker hit .250.

The key for the Warriors in these two victories, is that they jumped out to the early lead and never looked back.    In fact, in the final set on Sunday, they led wire-to-wire, as they went on to win the match, 30-23.    The Warriors now go on the road to take on UC-Irvine on Thursday, March 26th.  UH has 8 matches remaining in the regular season.
