MANOA (KHNL) - The winning streak keeps on going for the Rainbow baseball team, as they defeat LMU, 9-5 on Saturday night at Les Murakami Stadium.

The Rainbows took the early lead with a Landon Hernandez home run in the 2nd inning.

But LMU took the lead into the 7th inning, leading 5-3.  After two straight come from behind victories the last two nights, the Rainbows did it again.

This time it was Kevin McDonald, as he smacked a three run home run to left field to give the 'Bows a 6-5 lead.

Lions Manager, Jason Gill argued a call in the 8th inning and was ejected.  It didn't do anything to motivate his team, as the Rainbows won their 6th straight game and can now sweep LMU with a victory on Sunday.

The Rainbows improve to 9-6 on the season.

Game time is set for 1:05 pm on Sunday afternoon at Les Murakami Stadium.
