Hawaii News Now - KGMB and KHNL HomeH-3 Kaneohe-bound will be closed Saturday night

KANEOHE (HawaiiNewsNow) – The Department of Transportation is advising drivers that the H-3 Freeway will be closed in the Kaneohe-bound direction from the Halawa Interchange to the Halekou (Kamehameha Highway in Kaneohe) Interchange between 7:00 PM Saturday night, November 21, and 7:00 AM, Sunday morning, November 22, for tunnel cleaning and maintenance work.
Closure information will be displayed on highway message signs to notify motorists throughout the week. Kaneohe-bound motorists are advised to use alternate routes such as Likelike Highway and Pali Highway and to allow for extra travel time.
