
Corbit Ahn in SeptemberHONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - 30-year-old Corbit Ahn has been arrested and charged in yet another violent case. A 21-year-old man reported being punched in the face in Mililani on January 3, 2009. He sustained a broken jaw.
Police say, through the investigation, Ahn was identified as the suspect in this case. He was arrested at Oahu Community Correctional Center and was charged with second-degree assault.
Bail is set at $11,000. He's scheduled to be arraigned at Circuit Court November 2.
Ahn is currently in custody, indicted for the murder and sexual assault of 18-year-old Iris Rodrigues-Kaikana. Investigators say Ahn strangled Rodrigues-Kaikana and dumped her nude body in a dirt alley near the Kamehameha Homes housing project in August.
