    Summertime is grilling time. Before you bust out the BBQ, Morton's the Steakhouse has some tips to make your meal exceptional. Executive chef Erwin Manzano appeared on Sunrise to talk about the do's and don'ts of grilling. First, make sure you have a high quality cut of beef. They said that the spring was overgrown and neglected when they first started their campaign to buy and save it.

Waianae is the name for an ahupuaa on the west side of the island of Oahu, but it is also the name for the entire moku (or district) which begins at Nanakuli, and includes Makaha, and ends at Keawaula.
