Police Arrest 2nd Suspect In Connection With Fireworks Blast

A second man has been arrested in connection with an illegal fireworks explosion that severely injured a little girl.

35-year-old Marc Bantolina reportedly turned himself into police Saturday.

He was booked for reckless endangering and second degree assault.

Police released the suspect while they investigate further.

The New Year's Eve blast shattered the hand of 11-year-old Cydnee Somera.

The first suspect, a 33-year-old man, was arrested Friday in connection with the explosion.
